Compact in scale yet sculptural in presence, the design captures the fluid movement of molten glass in a solid form while providing a practical surface for everyday use.

Alwa Two Big Coffee Table

Normally, glass is regarded as being lightweight with sharp edges. In contrast, Sebastian Herkner’s Alwa possesses gentle contours as a result of its exquisite handmade process. The raw, hot, glass mass with its natural bubbles is an imprint of the structure, including an uneven, tactile surface.
