Trade Supplier Terms

We are grateful to receive a consistent surge of new interest from creative businesses, which has led us to restructure how we value and allocate our time & resources. This change allows us to continue delivering an exceptional level of service that each project deserves.

INTRODUCTORY MEETING

 We start with an introductory meeting - either in person, or virtually - depending on your location. This is a complimentary service to establish your needs.

ALIGNMENT & CONTRACT 

If we mutually agree that our services can benefit your business we ask you then to sign a contract. This means you’ll be agreeing to our terms.

SOURCING

The next stage is the sourcing of products if required, in accordance with your specific needs. We will source where necessary, decorative and technical lighting fixtures at a rate of £75/hour. As sourcing can potentially take considerable resources, we will advise on  approximate timescales before we proceed.

You then have up-to 14 days to respond to the quote provided to secure your order. After this time, the quote will be considered void.

This is a condition that compensates for time & resources used during the standard process of sourcing, and also in the event that a potential buyer cancels an order.

Our exclusive offer is the result of brand partnerships formed over an extensive period of time, and with considerable effort. We wish to avoid jeopardising such valued relations in the event that a buyer fails to commit to a purchase to which they have previously agreed. We understand that certain sales can be unsuccessful, however this is our process.
