Glove Lounge Chair

Designed by Carlo Colombo, the Glove Lounge Chair is characterised by a compact, rounded silhouette with a deeply curved enveloping back, pronounced tailoring seams and generous upholstery in fabric, leather or suede, supported by a central swivel base in natural oak or black-stained ash. Originally designed in 2002 with references to the softer forms of 1970s furniture, its combination of embracing proportions, 360-degree movement and solid timber grounding creates an intimate lounge chair in which comfort, tactile materiality and sculptural form are closely integrated.
